Best curl product ever

I had been visiting family in Australia and by chance came across the Lohy website..... I'm so pleased that I did! I have wavy fine hair, but what I didn't know is that my type of hair falls into the bracket of curly hair too!, defined by letters and numbers thanks to the Lohy Hair Education. What a revelation! Most of my adult years of styling my hair, trying mousse, gels and sprays left my hair limp, heavy and frizzy and looking messy. Having read the many reviews I took the plunge and purchased the mini starter kit for wavy hair. Before using I checked out the tutorials (this is a MUST) to learn all the tips, techniques to get the most out of the products So.. as with some reviews I read, sadly the shampoo is too harsh for my hair, leaving it feel stripped and dry and even using the conditioner didn't seem to help.. however I regularly use a sulphate free brand of shampoo so all is not lost. In terms of styling, I have now styled my hair on 3 occasions using POW, Oomph and Chutzpah- this is still a learning process and for me LESS is definitely more. BUT, even on day one of using LOHY, my husband and commented how curly my hair was and how much it suited me furthermore my daughter in law didn’t know I had curly hair! Yay.🙌

The products (as described in the tutorials) leave hair crunchy but if this is not your thing, and it's not mine... you can 'clap' it out- it works!!
I am still learning techniques what works for my particular hair type, and is an ongoing process but I highly recommend LOHY - I wish that in the UK wavy hair type is more well known and stops us 'wavy's from straightening our hair to an inch of it's life!

I have rated it 4 stars only because of the shampoo but the styling products are 5 stars in my eyes. 🤩

I will be purchasing again and will upgrade my collection to full size.

I haven’t used curly hair products for years as I always hated the crunchy, wet curl look but after trying this set my curls have never looked better.

I go to a local hairdresser that is specifically for curls only. She suggested the Gel. I use it daily it’s fantastic and I really notice a difference in the curl. No frizz it’s not gluey and it doesn’t really have much of a scent but works great. After purchasing this I decided to buy the pack it contained the cream, shampoo conditioner oil drops. Both the curl cream and the oil drops don’t seem to do a lot for my curls, I do like the smell of the drops though!

The shampoo is ok I don’t see much of a curl difference and the conditioner is a little frustrating as it wants you to leave it in for a long length of time which to me seems hard when you are having a shower.

I have yet to try the hair mask which was also in the pack.

I would absolutely recommend the LOHY hair gel(green bottle)

After many years of buying products that didn’t give great results,I was reluctant to buy more but glad I did. The products are very easy to apply, smell lovely and suit my curl.
I do HIGHLY recommend watching the tutorial videos about how to apply the products as this will make a huge difference. I now make adjustments to trial different applications to suit my lifestyle. I am 59 with grey
curly hair and am getting the best results with my hair than ever before.
