Type 2 'Wavy' Hair
From a gentle wave to mild curl spirals this curl type can be hydrated and styled with ease, providing a stunning curly hair style that you will love wearing out to any occasion.
2A, 2B or 2C is the category your hair comes under.
Wavy hair generally can be heat straightened with a lot more ease than other curl types, giving you more flexibility, but beware of heat straightening as this will damage your curly hair.
Type 3 'Curly' Hair
Classified as 3A, 3B or 3C Curls, your curly hair in this category starts at a s shape and even can have a z shape at the 3C range.
Type 3 curly hair will vary from relaxed bouncy curls to tight, spring like helicals. Naturally your curls have some gloss but are prone to becoming frizzy.
Type 4 'Coily' Hair
Coily curls are known as Type 4A, 4B or 4C which can be referred to as Afro-textured or kinky hair.
Naturally quite dry and very bouncy, these curls can feel soft and finer. They can also be 'wiry' with a coarse texture.
Your hair strands are tightly coiled curls to zig zags that hold their shape strongly.
Your coily curls appear to take a very long time to grow due to the tightness of the curl.

I have tried Hold It on my dry hair and found it a little ‘sticky’ BUT I have used it on wet hair, after ‘Powing’ and I love it! Just a few sprays right at the end of my ‘routine’ and before silk bonnet drying, it is the icing on the cake.
